However, this information is limited to website visits and does not include any client or user data processed by our software solutions.

How We Use Your Information

We do not use, access, or process any client-specific data through our software. The information we collect is strictly limited to the following purposes:

Although WAGS Tech does not access or store client-specific data, we take the security of our systems and communications seriously. Any interactions or data you provide to us directly (e.g., support requests) are protected through reasonable security measures. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Updates will only apply to future interactions and will not affect data that has already been handled.

Google User Data & the Google Reviews Integration

WAGS Tech offers an optional integration that brings your Google Business Profile reviews into your Odoo system for analytics. This section explains exactly what Google data we request, why we request it, and how it is handled. The integration is entirely optional and is never enabled without your explicit authorisation.

Access we request from Google

When you connect the integration you are taken to Google's own consent screen, where you approve the following:

• Google Business Profile (business.manage): read the business accounts and locations you manage, read the reviews left on those locations, and publish replies that your team has approved.

• Basic profile (email, profile): the name and email address of the Google account granting access, used only to record who authorised the connection and to show it back to you in Odoo.
  openid · userinfo.email · userinfo.profile

We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or any other Google service.

Data we access and store

• Business account and location details — location name, address, and the Google location identifier — so reviews can be matched to the correct branch.
• Reviews — star rating, review text, reviewer display name and profile photo URL, timestamps, and any reply already published.
• OAuth tokens issued by Google, stored encrypted at rest and used solely to call the Google Business Profile API on your behalf.

Synced review data is written into your own Odoo database. WAGS does not maintain a separate copy for its own purposes.

How we use this data

• Synchronising reviews into your Odoo system against the correct branch or location.
• Producing sentiment scores, topic tags, rating trends, and response-rate analytics on your dashboards.
• Drafting suggested replies that your team reviews and approves before anything is published back to Google.

Google user data is not used for any other purpose, and never for profiling individual reviewers.

Limited Use disclosure

AI processing of review content

Review text is processed by AI models to generate sentiment scores, topic tags, and reply drafts. This processing happens over encrypted connections, the content is not retained by the model provider for training, and the output is written back only to your own Odoo database.

Security of Google data

All traffic between WAGS, Google, and your Odoo instance runs over TLS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access to production systems is restricted to named engineers, and credentials are rotated when staff change.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

Review data is retained while the integration is active. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your Odoo settings, or revoke WAGS Tech's access directly from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

When access is revoked or the integration is disconnected, we delete the stored OAuth tokens immediately. If you also want the synced review data erased, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WAGS Tech website, our Odoo implementation and support services, and any integrations we provide, including the Google Business Profile review integration.

1. Acceptance

By using our website, engaging our services, or connecting one of our integrations, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The services

WAGS Tech implements, customises, and supports Odoo ERP systems for businesses in Saudi Arabia, and provides connected integrations such as point of sale, payments, e-commerce, ZATCA e-invoicing, and Google Business Profile review analytics. The precise scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

3. Your Google account authorisation

The review integration works only after you authorise it through Google's consent screen. You confirm that you are entitled to manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect. We use the access granted only for the purposes described in the Google User Data section above, and you may revoke it at any time — the integration then stops functioning, without affecting the rest of your system.

4. Acceptable use

When using our services and integrations you agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, incentivised, or automated review replies, or otherwise breach Google's review policies.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems belonging to other customers.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our modules and integrations without written permission.

5. Third-party services

Our integrations depend on third-party platforms — Google, Odoo S.A., payment gateways, delivery and e-commerce providers, and government systems. Their availability, policies, and API changes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

Custom modules, configurations, and documentation we deliver are licensed to you for use in your business under the terms of your engagement. WAGS Tech retains ownership of its reusable frameworks, tooling, and know-how. Odoo remains the property of its licensors.

7. Your data

Your business data — including reviews synced from Google — remains yours. We access it only to deliver and support the services you have engaged us for, as described in the Privacy Policy above.

8. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the services are provided without further warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, WAGS Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to it in the preceding twelve months.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the written agreement between us. We may suspend an integration immediately if it is being used in breach of these terms, of Google's policies, or of applicable law. On termination we disconnect integrations and delete stored credentials.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and the privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
